2) Photo & Media Permission: I give permission for my child to be photographed or filmed during camp activities. These photos or videos may be used for camp updates, promotional materials, social media, website content, or future camp marketing.
3) Hold Harmless: On behalf of myself and my child, I agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the camp, its directors, staff, volunteers, and affiliated organizations from any claims, losses, damages, expenses, or costs arising from or related to my child’s participation in camp.
4) Behavior & Dismissal Policy: I understand that my child is expected to follow camp rules and staff instructions. The camp reserves the right to dismiss a child from the program if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
5) Payment Policy: A $500 payment per child is required at the time of registration to secure enrollment. Registration is only considered complete once this payment has been received. Any remaining balance may be paid in full or placed on an approved payment plan. Full payment must be received before the camper may attend camp.
6) Refund Policy: If cancellation is made two weeks or more before the camper’s scheduled start date, tuition will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee per week canceled. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the camper’s scheduled start date are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are given for missed days due to illness, vacation, trips, schedule changes, or other absences.
