Horseback Riding - Grades K-10
Enjoy horseback riding together with professional riding lessons! Certified instructors at Hunters Grove Riding Academy in Brookville teach riding skills as well as horse care & maintenance.
Horseback Riding will run for two weeks during camp, for a total of four one-and-half-hour sessions. Additional cost for Horseback Riding is $140. Space is limited!
Tennis Camp – Grades K-10
Professional Tennis Instruction at ‘Sportime’!
Campers are bussed for the short five-minute drive to ‘Sportime’ in Roslyn, featuring indoor, climate controlled, Har-Tru clay tennis courts. Campers are divided into small groups and taught by certified instructors - stroke production, hand-eye coordination, scoring, while having lots of fun at this great sport!
Tennis Camp will run for two weeks during camp, for a total of four one-hour sessions. Additional cost for Tennis Camp is $100. Space is limited!
Gan Israel Sports Academy - Grades 3-6
Sports Academy is an intense sports program for the beginner, intermediate, advanced, or competitive level athlete who simply loves sports! Campers who enroll in Sports Academy will receive top-notch instruction from professional coaches while learning about sportsmanship, gaining confidence, and just plain having fun. They will learn the fundamentals of basketball, baseball, hockey, soccer, and other sports, and will also participate in tournaments, skills contests, and inter-camp games. Sports Academy will run during two of the three non-trip days every week, while regular activities are taking place for the other campers, so Sports Academy campers will not miss any trips or swimming sessions.
Additional cost for Sports Academy: $180 for full six-week season, $210 for full seven-week season, or $30 per week.

Ice Skating Camp - Grades 1-10
For those looking to learn how to skate, improve their existing skills, or just wanting to have fun, this new program will feature a professional instruction program at Port Washington Skating Center, a short 5 minute drive from camp. Each session will be divided into three segments - a small group lesson of 3-5 children per instructor, individual private instruction, and free-skating.
Ice Skating Camp will run for two weeks during camp, for a total of four one-and-half hour sessions. Additional cost for Ice Skating is $100.
Rock Climbing - Grades 1-10
Learn to Rock-Climb or improve your skill, with professional instructors at Island Rock in Plainview. 30 different climbs ranging from beginner to advanced. Rock Climbing promotes health and fitness, boosts self-esteem and confidence, and is lots of fun!
Rock Climbing will run during the 5th and 6th weeks of camp – July 26-August 6, for a total of four one-and-a-half-hour sessions. Additional cost for Rock Climbing is $100. Space is limited!
Sailing Instruction – Grades 4-10
Learn to sail with US Certified Sailing Instructors! Campers will learn basic sailing skills including how to rig the boat, trim sails, steer, safety and emergency procedures and more, and will sail 19’ or 23’ sloops on the Long Island Sound.
Sailing Instruction will run for two weeks of camp, for a total of four two-hour sessions. Additional cost for Sailing Instruction is $120. Space is limited!
Remote Controlled Airplane Flying – Grades 4-6
Pilot your own airplane! Learn to fly a real remote-controlled airplane! Campers are bussed to the Aerodrome at Cedar Creek Park and fly large gas-powered model airplanes with the pros from the Meroke Flying Club.
This program will run during the forth and fifth weeks of camp. Additional Cost for the Airplane Flying program is $30.
